RESERVATION POLICIES:

Registration and lesson fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Your spot is only reserved for 2 business days before receiving your payment. Mail or drop off your payment.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds.

BAD WEATHER:

If you call to see if lessons are canceled due to bad weather and I do not answer the phone, that means I am in the pool and lessons are not canceled.

If lessons are canceled, you will receive a call or text and a makeup lesson will be arranged.

MAKE-UP POLICY:

Make-ups are only available if the participant is sick or in the event of bad weather. Makeups are required to be completed in the session you are registered in.
